Gothala.com, a web based application, established with the motto, “Of the migrants, by the migrants, for the migrants," aims at raising the awareness about safe migration process (safe foreign employment) among the people. We seek to minimize the cost incurred by the candidates by providing online services for free, directly connecting the candidates with the recruitment agencies, thus gradually wiping out the on- going fraud. However, this system does not discourage but empowers recruitment agencies, registered agents and candidates.

The key to success lies with our working partners, the NGOs and INGOs, who, in turn, will help spread the awareness program through various means e.g. newspaper, radio, TV, to bring in candidates online and thus help prevent the ongoing fraud.
